We would like to provide you with the following information on the processing of your personal data in connection with your online booking via our appointment booking website “Microsoft Bookings”. “Microsoft Bookings” is a service of Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA (“Microsoft”).
The protection of your personal data is important to us. Personal data is information about the personal or factual circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person. This includes, for example, the civil name, address, telephone number and date of birth, but also all other data that can be related to an identifiable person.

Note: If you access the “Microsoft Bookings” website, the provider of “Microsoft Bookings” is responsible for data processing. However, accessing the website is only necessary for the use of “Microsoft Bookings” in order to download the software for the use of “Microsoft Bookings”. If you do not want to or cannot use the “Microsoft Bookings” app, you can also use “Microsoft Bookings” via your browser. The service will then also be provided via the “Microsoft Bookings” website.
Which of your data do we process? And for what purposes?
The data entered by you during the online booking process will be processed, but at least for the personalized entry your entered name (first and/or last name, if applicable) and your entered e-mail address. In addition, your voluntarily and optionally entered address data (street, house number, zip code, city), your voluntarily and optionally entered telephone number (landline and/or mobile phone number, if applicable) and your voluntarily and optionally entered comments may be processed. The data collected will only be used by us to personalize your online booking and exclusively for sending our free appointment invitation.
This data is also collected,
- to be able to identify you as our online booker,
- to be able to carry out time-saving scheduling with you,
- to be able to correspond with you and/or otherwise contact you,
- in order to process your online booking made via our booking website,
- to clarify appointment details and booking requirements with you,
- to carry out effective collision checks in the event of scheduling conflicts.
Automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR is not used.
What is the legal basis for this?
The legal basis for data processing when making online bookings for the above-mentioned purposes is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR, insofar as the appointment bookings are made within the framework of contractual relationships. If there is no contractual relationship, the legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Here, too, we have an interest in the effective execution of online bookings.
How long is the collected data stored?
We generally delete personal data when there is no need for further storage. A requirement may exist in particular if the data is still needed to fulfill contractual services, to check and grant or defend against warranty and guarantee claims. In the case of statutory retention obligations, deletion will only be considered after the respective retention obligation has expired.
We reserve the right to delete without giving reasons and without prior or subsequent information.
To which recipients is the data forwarded?
Personal data that is processed in connection with the online booking is used and generally not passed on to third parties unless it is explicitly intended to be passed on. Of course, data will only be passed on to third parties in your well-understood interest and in consultation with you. Further details can be found in a separately concluded contract.
The employees of our company who come into contact with your data are subject to strict confidentiality and non-disclosure obligations, compliance with which we constantly monitor. Other persons with whom we work and who come or could come into contact with your data have also been or will be obliged by us in writing to maintain confidentiality and secrecy and are themselves liable to prosecution in the event of a breach – which they have also been or will be expressly informed of.
Other recipients: The provider of “Microsoft Bookings” (Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA) necessarily receives knowledge of the above-mentioned data, insofar as this is provided for in the context of our order processing contract with “Microsoft Bookings”.
Where is the data processed?
Data processing outside the European Union (EU) does not generally take place, as we have limited our storage location for the collected data to data centers in the European Union. However, we cannot rule out the possibility that data may be routed via internet servers located outside the EU. This may be the case in particular if users are located in a third country when booking online. However, the data is encrypted during transport via the Internet and thus protected against unauthorized access by third parties
Your rights as a “data subject”
You have the right to information (Art. 15 GDPR) about the personal data we process about you. In the case of a request for information that is not made in writing, we ask for your understanding that we may then request proof from you that you are the person you claim to be. Furthermore, you have a right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 GDPR) or to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR), insofar as you are legally entitled to do so. Furthermore, you also have the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR) to processing within the scope of the legal requirements. The same applies to the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
Right of appeal
You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of personal data by us.
Amendment of this data protection notice
We will revise this data protection notice in the event of changes in the processing procedure or other occasions that make this necessary.
